A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy and expanding family run Solicitors office based in Warwick.
We require a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary who has a wealth of experience across a wide range of legal issues.
Main duties include:
- Producing outgoing documents for the earner
- Internal documents
- Preparing offer and client posting slips
- Dealing with all client communication via phone
- Ensuring all messages are actioned with immediate effect
- Full office administration duties including billing
- Using inhouse computer systems
- Meeting and greeting clients onsite
- Organising meetings and refreshments
- Coordinating all diaries to preparing all outgoing post.
