A market leading, highly reputable, not your usual white collar organisation, has a requirement for HR Advisor to provide a comprehensive generalist service within a fast-paced environment.
Working as part of an established HR team – that is held in high regard within the business - you will be expected to work autonomously to deliver key objectives and a generalist HR service in line with the requirements of the business; acting as a primary point of contact for staff up to and including Board Level in order to provide a proactive HR service; and to take ownership of HR projects including salary benchmarking, compensation and benefits reviews amongst others.
My client has a very unique history having grown rapidly since its inception, boasting 15% YOY growth, something that does not appear to be reducing any time soon!
Key for my client is a candidate who exhibits a desire to grow and develop within the organisation. You will be looking to gain further skills and experience, with a view to progress your career within the business. There will be ample opportunity to be involved in complex issues, gaining an insight into strategic matters and supporting the Head of HR in these.
My client is looking for an individual with an appetite for progression, who can demonstrate longevity throughout their career to date, and who can work autonomously with little or no direction. Part CIPD qualified is essential to be considered.
