We are currently working in partnership with a large Manchester secondary academy, as they look to recruit a Pastoral Leader on an ongoing, full-time, long term supply basis. The post is to start in January 2017 and is likely to run until July 2017.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- A passion to make a difference
- Patience to overcome more challenging barriers to learning
- Experience in improving the outcomes of disengaged students
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, or,
- A degree with experience of working with children or young adults
Located a short drive from the M60 and M67, and with good public transport links (only a few hundred yards from a train station), this opportunity would be perfect opportunity for a pastoral leader who is looking for a temporary assignment, or, a graduate with experience of working in challenging circumstances with troubled youngsters who need extra support to reach their potential.
