We have a fantastic opportunity working for a market leading Logistics Company in Droitwich supporting a Peak project that will offer you work until the end of the year but for temporary staff that impress them there may be opportunities for a contract extension in other departments. They are a major employer in the area and due to their growth plans there are multiple opportunities for the right candidate.
This is a fast paced role where you will need to be able to do multiple things at once some of the key tasks are:-
Data Entry - Entering data onto computer system accurately and in a timely manner.
Answering telephone queries such as price enquires and calls to chase delivery times.
You must be able to do both accurately to be successful in this role.
Skills and experience required for the role of Transport Administrator:
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Previous experience within a Transport Administration or Route Planner
The ability to manage and prioritise a number of complex tasks.
A confident and articulate communicator, both orally and in writing
Effective planning, organisational and time management skills
