The Education Network is looking for an NQT or QTS Maths teacher for a January start. The position is within a fantastic Special Educational Needs secondary setting providing education to children aged 11 to 19.

The Maths Teacher will be working small classes of approximately 8 with the help of Learning Mentors to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum. A large proportion of the children join the school as they are at risk of social exclusion due to EBD whilst some are due to a combination of SEND disorders. The school also offers their pupils a therapeutic curriculum such as anger management and emotional coaching to allow the children to manage their own behaviour.

The school are looking to appoint the Maths Teacher in January, with interviews taking place at your earliest convenience.

The ideal candidate will:

-  Be QTS Maths qualified
-  Have previous experience working within a SEND setting
-  Be available to work in January
-  Display excellent behaviour management and communication skills
-  Have a desire to make a difference
