We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join our client in a busy team supporting their clients in a range of different businesses. This is a permanent, full time opportunity offering an immediate start and a salary of up to £16-£17k but is negotiable dependant upon experience.
The purpose of this role is employ excellent problem solving skills coupled with great customer service in order to provide a successful resolution for the client.
Daily Duties Include problem solving over the telephone in the following areas:
- Citrix Admin
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Server and Desktop
- Mobile Devices
- Networking LAN/WAN, Firewalls
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independantly and as part of a team. You will also have previous experience of 1-2 years within a similar role.
