General Responsibilities
Plans, Organises and controls the use and implementation of all information technology local to the position in order to eensure he continuous and smooth operation of all IT Systems. Interact with prospective clients using the various company social media outlets, seek answers to queries from the relevant members of staff and reply to that query in a polite and informative manner.

Perform and set up maintenance of users systems to enable them to perform their Specified tasks.
To react to user queries and requests for action in a timely and responsible manner.
Ensures that all software installed on the system is correctly licensed and used accordingly.
To maintain a reliable inventory of all hardware and software local to the position.
Assist in the maintenance and update of customer / company web sites and all operations that help to promote these sites on the internet.
Maintains the integrity of the primary back-up system to ensure the quick recovery systems following disaster.
To maintains the security and integrity of all files stored on the system.
To perform reglular random security checks on hardware to ensure the system is free from malware/ransomware.
To assist in the creation, devolopment and progressive implementation of the company systems strategy in order to maximise productivity and efficiency and encourage lowest cost solutions for all other functions.
Keep the IT manager informed on any issues regarding customer / in-house software problems and shortfalls .
Using social Media, keep prospective customers informed of the latest products and innovations for the company and on behalf of our customer base.
Setup and maintain social media accounts for our customers where required.
Assist in the production of brochures, prices lists and other customer media.

Knowledge of Adobe Indesign and/or other desktop publishing packages would be an advantage.Permanent role - 37.5 hour week, 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be negotiable, dependent upon experience.
