A bespoke Financial Services Recruiter is looking for a Talented and ambitious Resourcer to join their highly successful team.
We are looking for someone who understands the recruitment process or who has been working in that environment. This is not a sales role but you will need to be comfortable working towards targets and supporting the consultants.
The role is to provide a multifunctional search and selection process primarily across the financial services sector, specialising mainly in the recruitment of business change specialists on a contract basis.
To provide a comprehensive professional resourcing service in a specified geographic area.
Advertise new roles to source and identify change management professionals in the market, targeting exceptional Associates at all Band levels
Investigate and develop talent networks
Interview all Associates through a structured telephone dialogue or face to face meetings
Contact Associates regularly and frequently, and ensure database is kept updated with all relevant information
Format CVs and header page; ensuring relevance to client demands and the job opportunity
Attend regular face-to-face meetings with Associates at locations across the area and/ or attend meetings with hiring managers in conjunction with the Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager
Liaise with clients and resource contacts around Associate care / management
Build and maintain strong client relationships by being delivery focussed and providing excellent customer service
Promote the brand in the locality through development of your own candidate network and attending regular company events
Act as an ambassador through interaction with Clients, Key Stakeholders and Associates.
Negotiate fees with Associates to ensure that job opportunities are recognised, and Company margins are maintained.
Ensure a strong focus on quality and integrity throughout the execution process
Work closely with a small team of professionals to cover all current job vacancies on a timely basis
Maintain strong relationships with the Client Relationship Managers/Sales and Finance to ensure a harmonised service for the Associates
