A leading Car parking company based in High Wycombe are looking to recruit a Car Parking Attendant ideally with a full driving licence
The rate is £7.50ph and on the following continental shift basis.
4 days on and 4 days off
7am to 7pm
Duties as below:
The purpose of this role is to resolve customer concerns, to patrol car parks, deter crime and to implement traffic control measures whilst maintaining the prescribed standards of quality, cleanliness, safety and delivering continuous improvement.
Conferring with supervisory or managerial colleagues in recommending changes in order to avoid recurring customer complaints.
Maintaining good communications and consulting regularly with the Team Leader/Cluster Manager and car park staff, seeking assistance and agreeing on actions to resolve outstanding issues.
Responding to queries and providing information to the public.
Investigating complaints and taking corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
Undertaking regular foot patrols of the car park(s).
Assisting customers in distress or in need of other assistance.
Monitoring activity in the car park(s) to deter criminal activity.
Retrieving customers' vehicles (where appropriate).
Maintaining good relations with all customers, the crime prevention unit of the local
constabulary and local businesses.
Examining pertinent information to determine accuracy of customer complaint and to
determine responsibility for errors.
Following up on recommended adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Examining records such as transaction information and converses to obtain facts regarding customer complaint.
Reporting identified criminal activity in accordance with company procedures.
Completing relevant documentation as appropriate.
Operating parking control equipment as appropriate.
Regulating entry and exit of vehicles to and from car parks, issuing and examining tickets.
Monitoring the appearance of the designated car park, taking action to ensure that
Company standards (including clean, safe and working) are achieved and maintained.
Cleaning all areas of the car parks and immediate environment as required.
Painting car parks and associated areas as requested.
Removing graffiti from walls using appropriate cleaning materials.
Checking lifts for standards of cleanliness and take corrective action as appropriate.
Reporting evidence of substance abuse.
Collecting and removing waste and refuse in accordance with company procedures.
