Customer Service Advisor
40 hours per week
I am currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors based in Chiswick.
These 4 positions are on a full time permanent basis.
Role Overview / Job Purpose
Customer Service Advisors assist in the operation of the store in order to achieve sales targets and profitability through the delivery of excellent customer service, as a valuable part of the retail team.
Provide customers with the highest quality of customer service
Maintain a clean and tidy front of store in line with retail standards
Explore customer needs thoroughly, and approach customers to offer assistance
Work to brand Customer Service Standards
Actively seek to improve your own skills and product knowledge
Achieve excellent Mystery Shopper scores
Ensure customer needs are met at every opportunity
Carry out all basic till transactions and customer paperwork correctly
Follow NHS guidelines at all times
Effectively inform customers about products and offers
Meet and exceed all personal and team goals
Be an ambassador for the brand at all times
Will consider Graduate or college Leavers
Previous optical experience is an advantage
Willing to Learn
Passionate for providing great customer service
Must be willing to work weekends.
