Leading pet healthcare retailer is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support their Finance team at their London offices.
This is a temporary role starting ASAP and will pay between £8.65 and £9.62 per hour.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant will support the finance team in all aspects of the day to day accounting and administration, with specific responsibility for processing data and preparing reconciliations related to the purchase ledger. Duties include:
" Validation and input of supplier invoices
" Set up and management of supplier payments
" Reconciliation of supplier accounts
" Reconciliation of bank accounts and merchant accounts
" Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Finance team where required
The ideal Accounts Assistant will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
" Previous finance administration experience working within an office environment
" A logical approach to dealing with work and managing workload
" Basic MS Excel and Word skills as a minimum
" Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" Experience of using SAP is desirable, but not essential
