Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant - Primary
The Education Network are exclusively working with a larger than average primary school that requires a Teaching Assistant
To support the pupils and teachers across Key Stage 2
To provide support to children with mathematics, reading and writing on an individual, class or small To give extra help to children with special needs or those for whom English is not their first language
Helping to develop programmes of learning activities and adapting appropriate materials
Motivating and encouraging pupils
Assisting with marking and correcting work
Attending meetings and reviews
Helping with school events, trips and activities
The Applicant (you):
An experienced and ambitious Teaching Assistant willing to go the extra mile.
You must be outgoing, approachable and resilient. Able to hit the ground running and have the ability willingness to support students with additional learning needs.
The school is a larger than average mainstream primary. The school has a higher than national average number of SEND students (with EHC plans).
This is a permanent job, on a temp to perm basis through The Education Network initially, to start as soon possible!
