Office Administrator required for a highly successful and growing developer and main contractor, to support the administration for the contracts manager, in this site based role, based in Brentford.
A highly organised and professional office administrator required with extensive experience in PA and secretarial roles. A conscientious and efficient individual will be required, able to manage their own time effectively and prioritise their workload. Experienced at working to tight deadlines and under considerable pressure, demonstrate a thorough and precise approach to projects which has yielded excellent results to date. A friendly and approachable personality required, with excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritise workload to ensure efficient delivery of all aspects of tasks
Regular use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word as well as Adobe Acrobat and Reader
Knowledge of SAGE Online 50 Bookkeeping

Previous experience of working as an office administrator, for a housing developer, main contractor, subcontractor or engineering consultants, in construction.
