ENGLISH TEACHER REQUIRED IN PETERBOROUGH, CAMBRIDGESHIRE

JOB TITLE: English teacher
START DATE: January 2017
SALARY: £120 - £163 per day for a Long-Term Supply Position
KEY STAGES: Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
CONTRACT TYPE: Full-Time

The Education Network is working in partnership with a relatively small school with 750 students aged 11-18 and use their size as an asset to ensure that they know the students and care for them well. All students are encouraged to develop their talents to the full and to contribute to the life of the school in a building that offers the very latest facilities.
The school were delighted that an Ofsted Inspection judged them to be a Good school in every area in October 2013, and that a Diocesan Inspection in December 2013 judged them to be Outstanding in every area.
THE ROLE - ENGLISH TEACHER
Our client school are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English teacher who will share the school's existing philosophy and who will work hard to contribute to this exciting and developing English department. ENGLISH TEACHER SPECIFICATION
The school will consider English teachers who hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills Status (QTLS) along with those who hold Instructor status for this role so please only apply if this applies to you. This English teacher role is open to Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) and English teachers with additional experience. Our client school wish to appoint a confident classroom practitioner who is able to enthuse and inspire the 11-16 age range by consistently delivering exciting and engaging English lessons.
