Job Details

Overview of the role - Functions as the restaurant lead chef, helping to support the executive chef to achieve consistent high food standards and profits across the entire hotel.

Duties of the role - Ensure quality food standards at all times, work closely with all departments of the hotel, source locally avialble fresh produce, frequently create new menu's, review menus, maximise profits where possible, supervise kitchen team, train new team members, conduct team meetings, manage and improve team productivity where possible.

Ideal candidate - Previous sous chef experience, experienece in food ordering, worked towards food GP targets, Fluent in english reading, speakign and writing, strong under pressure, great organisational skills, good team worker, must hold a health and safty food hygiene certificate.
