I am currently recruiting for chef de parties to join a leading 4* hotel in the Redditch area. This is a great opportunity to join a strong kitchen team and progress your career.
The Hotel caters for weddings, conferences, breakfast, bar snacks, a la carte restaurant and various other events. They are looking for a chef who can adapt to all services where required.
The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience, will have minimum of NVQ level 2 in catering, will be a progressive demi chef de partie or strong chef de partie, will have a full fresh food background and will have a desire to learn and develop their culinary career.
