We’re working with a leading building services provider to recruit a Senior Contract contracts manager from a commercial gas bias. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on winning business, pricing maintenance contracts, and driving technical excellence across commercial HVAC and M&E services.

We’re working with a leading building services provider to recruit a Senior Contract contracts manager from a commercial gas bias. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on winning business, pricing maintenance contracts, and driving technical excellence across commercial HVAC and M&E services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary Technical Support team
- Carry out site surveys, pricing, and securing maintenance contracts
- Act as the technical authority across HVAC, plant rooms, and energy centres
- Deliver contract compliance, profitability, and service quality
- Manage contract reviews, renewals, and client relationships
- Support small works design, specifications, and technical delivery
- Conduct audits, fault-finding, and performance optimisation
- Ensure compliance with H&S, SFG20, and industry regulations
- Clear progression to Head of Technical Support
- Strategic, leadership-level position with client exposure
- Strong technical background in commercial M&E / HVAC
- Experience managing maintenance contracts and engineering teams
- Proven ability in quotations, surveys, and business development
- Knowledge of SFG20, compliance, and contract delivery
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- HNC/HND or Level 3 trade qualification (or similar)
- Salary up to £70,000 + Company car
