Businessman Andrew Crompton set off from Bolton in July last year to cycle all the way to Melbourne.
Passing through 18 countries, he has raised more than £200,000 for The Carers Trust and Bolton’s Lads and Girls Club (BLGC), and this week paid a flying visit to Pertemps, in Meriden, to thank employees for their support of his adventure.
Pertemps Network Group was a main sponsor of his epic escapade and welcomed Andrew, to their Meriden Hall headquarters. The last time Andrew was there was on day two of the 235-day ride last July.
