Our client based North of Oxford city centre (approx. 25 mins from Banbury and 20 mins from Oxford City centre) are looking for a Customer Sales & Service Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing excellent Account Management to all clients
- Processing orders via telephone, fax or email
- Managing customer expectations by liaising with other departments to deliver on promises
- Manage customer concerns and complaints
- Maximise all sales opportunities from inbound/outbound calls
- Use questioning and listening techniques to understand the customer's requirements in order to cross sell and up sell
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales development activities
This role will be paying up to 25k
- Previous office based Account Management experience is highly desirable
- Being commercially aware
- Effective communicator
- Good attention to detail
- Good computer skills
