You will play a significant role within our Telecoms sector team, ensuring the delivery of key outcomes for some of our largest clients. This will involve engaging with landowners/landlords and their advisors, clients, contractors and other suppliers proactively to ensure key project objectives are met.

As a Telecoms Estates Surveyor in our growing Gloucestershire office, you will be working with our large team of Telecoms and Utility Surveyors on exciting projects across the UK. You will play a significant role within our specialist Telecoms sector team ensuring the delivery of key advice and project milestones for some of our major clients.
reviewing legal agreements, compiling valuation reports, obtaining comparables and undertaking planning enquiries.
ssuing Heads of Terms, negotiating new agreements, providing related advice and liaising with your client's legal advisors.
receiving training and support to ensure the required client specific expertise is developed, with ongoing mentoring to build your knowledge and skill sets.
providing strategic advice to your clients and successfully delivering numerous projects with the support of a wider team.

previous experience in a similar role,
a degree in Property, Estates Management or equivalent and be RICS qualified.
a strong appreciation of the market for telecoms sites and have proven negotiation skills.
organised, results driven, with attention to detail
a passion for solving challenges with good commercial awareness along
strong verbal and written communication skills.
Some experience of managing and growing diverse teams across an organisation with a #OneTeam approach is preferred but not essential.
some experience in utilities, construction or infrastructure is preferred but not essential.
