Our Banbury-based client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with customers via various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Good knowledge of ERP software highly desirable

Salary: The salary for this role is up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
