Senior Raw Material Testing Tech

Pertemps are recruiting for a Senior Raw Material Testing Technician for a client on a temporary contract.

Responsible for the testing, analysis, and release of raw materials used in the manufacture of immunodiagnostics and immunohematology products produced on site. The role ensures materials meet quality and regulatory requirements prior to use in manufacturing.
 
Pay: £14.03

Location: Bridgend

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
 

• Perform routine testing of raw materials in line with approved procedures.
• Analyse and accurately document test data, ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Assess results to determine whether unexpected events or deviations have occurred and identify when further investigation is required.
• Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality systems.
• Complete material transactions accurately within relevant systems.
• Support quality and manufacturing teams through effective communication of results and findings.

Skills & Experience:
 

• Experience working in a relevant operational or manufacturing environment (ideally within a regulated or laboratory-based setting).
• Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work to defined quality standards.
