About the Role:
We are currently recruiting Catering Assistants to support busy events in Newport.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work, with shifts available around sporting events. If you enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment and delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking food
  
  
• Serving customers and operating tills
  
  
• Replenishing stock and assisting with stock control
  
  
• Keeping catering areas clean, tidy and hygienic
  
  
• Supporting the wider catering team during busy sporting events
  
  
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous catering or hospitality experience is beneficial
  
  
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  
  
• Good communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment
  
  
• Reliability and flexibility to work around event schedules
