Job Role :- Production Operatives
Contract :- Permanent
Location :- Skelmersdale (WN8 9PP)
Salary :- £9.80 during training, rising to £11.03 p/hr
Hrs :- Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (total of 38hr p/wk)


We are currently recruiting for permanent experienced Production Operatives for our client who specialise in engineering high precision components for high profile contracts within the Automotive industry.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop and progress their career within an Engineering field.

As the Production Operative, your duties will include :-
Load & Unload Machines and make minor adjustments to the controls.
Inspect the product from start to end finish.
Change & clean equipment as required.
Monitor machine performance on an on-going basis, ensuring it is running to maximum capacity.
Taking corrective actions where necessary.


The successful Production Operative will have the following skills & experience :-
Previous experience working with an Engineering/Manufacturing/Production environment is essential.
Previous experience working on machines would be advantageous.
Must be an excellent communicator and a good team player.
