Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Birchwood, Warrington (WA3)
Salary: £31,700 + Bonus + Benefits
Contract: Permanent
Hours : Mon-Thur 06:00-14:00hrs & Fri 06:00-12:00hrs


We are currently recruiting for a permanent Maintenance Technician for our well established client based in the Birchwood area of Warrington.
You will be responsible for the general maintenance of plant and equipment within the machining workshop.

As the Maintenance Technician, your duties will be:
Always adhere to all on-site health & safety procedures.
Mechanical & electrical maintenance of machinery and equipment withing the manufacturing facility.
Hydraulic & pneumatic maintenance of heavy plant on site.
Complete PPM Schedules as rota' d.
Be involved in continuous improvement activities.
Complete documentation in a timely manner.

The ideal Maintenance Technician will hold the following skills and experiences:
Must be time served or qualified within an engineering field.
Must have working experience within an Engineering/Manufacturing/Heavy Plant/Production environment.
Welding & fabrication skills.
PLC fault finding knowledge.
Ability to use schematic drawings to fault find and make changes to machines as required.
Excellent communicator and team player
