Location: Warrington (WA4 6PS)
Salary: £30,000- £40,000 (DOE)
Shifts: Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:00
Contract Type: Permanent


Our client, a global manufacturing company and supplier for soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join their team.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be working in a small team on the phones, zoom and email to provide first class customer service and advise to customers.


As a Sales Co-ordinator your duties will be: -

" Providing excellent customer service.
" Assisting customers with online sales.
" Processing and recording enquiries.
" Liaising with customers regarding their deliveries and onsite services.
" Dealing with queries and handling complaints in a professional manner.
" Assisting with sales strategies.
" Developing sales skills and techniques.


The successful Sales Co-ordinator will have the following skills: -

" Experience within a similar role previously, ideally with B2B experience.
" Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
" IT literate/software proficiency (CRM systems & SimPro training provided).
" Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

" 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays plus 4 Grace and Favour days.
