Job Title:          Factory Cleaner (Part Time)
Location:          St Helens, Merseyside
Pay Rate:          £13.00 - £13.20 p/hr
Hours:              Mon – Fri 10:00 – 14:00hrs 
Contract:          Temp Ongoing

 
We are seeking a reliable Factory Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the factory shop floor and associated work areas. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment for all employees and visitors.

 
As the Part Time Factory Cleaner your key responsibilities are;

• Sweep, mop, and clean factory floors and walkways. 
• Remove dust, debris, and waste materials from production areas. 
• Empty bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures. 
• Clean and sanitise communal areas, including break rooms and restrooms as required. 
• Report any maintenance issues, spillages, hazards, or damaged equipment to supervisors. 
• Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. 
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations. 
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly. 
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects as needed. 

As the Part Time Factory Cleaner, you will have the following skills/experience;

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Good attention to detail. 
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. 
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
