Working hours 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday
Transport Administrator required for national logistics company based in Totton the role will suit someone with general administration skills but Preferably someone with experience of dealing with Drivers/Multi drop deliveries or working in logistics environment.
- Despatch drivers to routes
- Prepare Warehouse staff with equipment
- Assist the Transport Manager with any duties and Administration
- Liaise with the Drivers on the road and resolve any issues that they may have
To be considered for the Transport Administrator role you will have the following attributes
- The ability to prioritise your own workload
- Be IT literate with accurate data entry skills
- Good attention to detail
- A flexible approach
- Experience of working in a Transport Administration or a Logistics environment would be an advantage though is not essential
