Administrator



Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Romsey. This will be an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.



Responsibilities as an Administrator:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.

  • Maintain organized records and data entry processes.

  • Handle correspondence via phone and email with professionalism.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Processing incoming and outgoing orders, including associated documentation (full training provided)

  • Liaising with freight companies and booking shipments via online portals




Reequipments for this position:


  • Previous administration experience.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous but not essential.




The Administrator role:


  • £13.45 per hour

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

  • Temporary ongoing position
