We are currently recruiting for Customer Service administrators to joing leading company on a 3 month contract with possibility of extension.

This role is to liaise with customers on all aspects of the business of the Organisation to ensure customer satisfaction and a high quality service are maintained at all times.
Duties to include:
Ensure that all enquiries and problems are answered promptly, investigated and resolved, within the Customer Service guidelines and Standing Financial Instructions.
Process customer claims and debits to their accounts within authorised limits and guidelines to the Scheme of Delegation
Communicate with external suppliers to gain product information on behalf of the customer
Share knowledge by coaching new team members as and when required
Manage the end to end process of customer direct deliveries from suppliers
Check, investigate and analyse discrepancies to identify order errors and subsequent training requirements
Develop the relationship and lines of communication between the Organisation and customers.
Collate information relating to supplier and customer enquiries and complaints including those arising from the Help Desk service Develop the relationship and lines of communication between the customers and internal function of NHS Supply Chain
Make decisions on and process customer requests for direct issues, special picks and emergencies, liaising with all associated departments. Liaise with external suppliers to resolve non stock discrepancies.
Liaise with customers and regional coordinators involved in Government initiatives to ensure unique service offer is fulfilled
Input orders and investigate discrepancies for specific customer who do not have access to on-line ordering. To maintain BS EN ISO 9002/ISO 14001 standards in all activities Receive and record in a correct and precise manner, onto a computerised system, internal and external enquiries resulting from the services provided by the Organisation Other duties within the general scope of the post and appropriate to the grading as may be required from time to time.
