This is a great opportunity to join a leading engineering firm based in Manchester, currently growing their administrative support function.
Working in a team of 7, main responsibilities will include calling engineers to schedule work, gaining updates and planning routes, creating and closing jobs using an internal system, helping prepare quotes and producing related information for clients. Further duties will include responding to emails, diary management and arranging meetings, raising purchase orders and general administration.
 
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, confident communication skills, the ability to build relationships, initiative and a working knowledge of MS Office.
