About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a major logistics operation. This is a key role within the operation, acting as the link between customers, warehouse teams, and transport, ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage customer enquiries, coordinate operational activity, and ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure inbound and outbound activities align with warehouse and transport plans
- Ensure all allocated stock is accurate and matches customer orders
- Provide updates to management on operational progress (intake, allocation, picking, dispatch)
- Ensure all documentation is completed, tracked, and returned within client requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support general administrative duties across the operation
- Work towards and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Use warehouse systems such as WMS and SAP
- Support other team members and provide cover where required
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse operation
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within a logistics/warehouse environment preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work a rotating day and night shift pattern (4 on 4 off)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience with WMS/SAP systems is advantageous
- Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
- Permanent, full-time position
- Salary between £26,000 – £30,000
