Position: Production Manager
Salary: £50-60k per annum + Bens
Reporting to the Operations Director the ideal Production Manager will take full responsibility for managing the business cells & casting an analytical eye over output, cost reduction, productivity & stock levels whilst achieving your targets.
o The Production Manager will be working closely with your team to ensure you evaluate, maintain and deliver the requirements of the customer.
o Strong leadership and management capabilities are essential qualities to succeed in this position so the individual will have proven experience as a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager.
o The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing in a busy & fast paced environment, used to meeting strict KPI's and are likely to have exposure to heavier engineering and manufacturing environments that are supplying to the Aerospace division.
o Leading by example the individual will empower the team to promote and practically implement modern manufacturing principles, tools and techniques to deliver sustained process improvements, increased efficiencies and product quality.
o Of graduate calibre, either with postgraduate management diploma or extensive equivalent experience within a management role, the Production Manager will be able to demonstrate strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
o The cultural fit, a proven track record of achieving production targets and an analytic mind are absolutely key to being a success in the role of Production Manager.
