Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

As a Store Progressor, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding purchase orders are followed up and deliveries are made in line with customer expectations and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Expedite outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with customers regarding direct orders, confirming deliveries and updating records on the SAP system.
- Maintain accurate records of communications with stores personnel and suppliers.
- Update stock lines and supply systems to reflect changes to descriptions, suppliers, and inventory levels.
- Provide administrative support and undertake additional duties consistent with the role.
What We're Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities with a methodical approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience working within an administrative, stores, procurement, or supply chain environment is advantageous.
- Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems would be beneficial.
