Injection Moulding Tool Setter

Pertemps West Bromwich are looking for Injection Moulding Tool Setters for our well established client in the heart of Birmingham.What You'll Be Doing

• Setting and changing injection moulding tools safely and efficiently.
  
  
• Starting up machines and optimising processing parameters.
  
  
• Monitoring production quality and carrying out first-off inspections.
  
  
• Troubleshooting machine and process issues to minimise downtime.
  
  
• Performing routine machine and tooling maintenance.
  
  
• Working closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
  
  
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience setting injection moulding machines.
  
  
• Good understanding of injection moulding processes.
  
  
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Working HoursFull time- Monday to Friday
 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm rotating shifts

 

OR

 

Part time- Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts (24 hours total)

 

Pay

£16 per hour for the full time role working weekdays only

£25 per hour for the part time role working weekends only
