Internal Sales / Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Internal Sales Advisor to join an expanding company based in West Bromwich.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service, internal sales or account management experience who enjoys building relationships with customers and working as part of a busy team.

 

The Role:

 

You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the order process, providing excellent customer service and working closely with the internal sales team and wider business.

 

Duties will include:

• Handling customer enquiries and requirements via telephone, email and e-commerce
  
  
• Processing customer enquiries and orders using the in-house Navision system
  
  
• Providing internal sales support to Regional Sales Managers
  
  
• Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships
  
  
• Providing professional advice and assistance to customers
  
  
• Liaising with internal departments including Warehouse, Management and other group locations
  
  
• Ensuring customer enquiries and orders are dealt with accurately and efficiently
  
  

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Sales Administration or Account Management
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Good IT skills, with Microsoft Office experience essential
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  
  
• The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
  
  
• Experience using Navision would be advantageous, but is not essential
  
  

 

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

 

Pay Rate:

£12.71 per hour

 

Temp-to-Perm opportunity for the successful candidate
