A well known Energy provider are recruiting for Sales Advisors in Birmingham City Centre to join their expanding team.
The role and Responsibilities
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging prospective customers where you will use your detailed knowledge of our products and services provided in our extensive training and your natural sales skills to understand customer's needs to offer them the best possible solution. You will also be responsible for capturing key tactical information to ensure you speak to customers at the right time while also gathering information on our competitors to enhance your rapport building and negotiation skills for engaging prospective customers
-Communicate with customers in a clear, professional, and articulate manner, mainly by telephone but also via email / electronic correspondence as required. Ensures that prescribed call quality and compliance standards are always upheld.
-Personally accountable for individual delivery against volume targets in terms of electricity and gas new contract acquisition sales, and performance managed in terms of result output.
-Individually accountable for maintaining contact as promised with both existing and new prospect customers through current data management systems / customer relationship management.
To be considered for this role you must have worked within a Customer service role or a Sales role face to face or over the telephone and have an understanding of sales and want to work in a sales environment.
-Must have customer service and sales background
-Excellent telephone manner
The company offer a starting salary of £15,000 with an OTE of £40,000 per annum, fantastic benefits scheme and hours between 8am and 8pm and 1 in every 3 saturdays 9am till 5pm
