Contact Centre Agent's required for an energy provider based in Birmingham.
As a contact agent you will be the first point of contact with clients providing a first class service.
Dealing with incoming queries in relation to supply and payment
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
This is a temporary to permanant opportunity paying £8.72ph.
Offering a professional service
Accurate recording of all calls onto the CRM system
Actioning all client changes
Providing guidance on correct procedures
The succesful candidate will have :-
Excellent communication skills
Previous Customer Service experience within a call centre environment
Fast and accurate recording
Strong Computer literacy
