We are looking for a CIPD qualified Senior HR Advisor to undertake 12 month fixed term contract on a range of HR activities, and oversee a payroll for approx. 650 staff.
Be the lead on ER matters, supporting other HR advisors within the team
Provide advice and guidance to line and senior managers with regards absence, performance and conduct processes, organisational change, recruitment and selection.
Assist the HR Manager with HR policies and procedures
CIPD level 7 qualified (or equivalent)
Previous experience at a senior HR level
Experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues
Previous experience of payroll management
Current employment law knowledge
