This national business are looking for a customer Co-ordinator to actively engage in proactive sales and relationship building with new, lapsed and existing customers. As a Customer Co-ordinator you will be required to Manage telephone calls and emails from customers regarding any enquiries, orders, queries or difficulties they are experiencing to maintain excellent customer relationships.

As A Customer Co-ordinator you will be actively supporting the customer service manager in quoting and updating internal accounts systems. The ideal candidate will need to be organized and have excellent written and oral communication skills. You must be keen to learn and have the ability to negotiate, discussing problems with confidence. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with other departments in order to facilitate a pleasant customer journey.
