Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
Location: Willenhall
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 07:30-16:00 mon-thur 7:30-13:00 fri
Salary: £12 ph - £13.50p/h

Are you detail-oriented with excellent Excel skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, based in Willenhall, is seeking a diligent Purchasing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Generating purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets related to purchasing activities.
Assisting the purchasing team with administrative tasks as required.
Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a purchasing manufactured parts
Due to the nature of the work the client does require the candidate to be a UK national and pass a security vetting upon employment.
