Our Contact Centre Team act as the front line managing and providing one of our most valuable areas of the business - customer service.

Management of our daily interactions with all parties involved in the childcare voucher scheme is a core function of the role, and is performed with direct liaison with our customer base via telephone and email communication.

As we receive communication from our clients via telephone and email, all of our CSR's are required to be skilled in communicating in these formats.

The starting salary is £15,500 + monthly bonus potential
Each Customer Service representative reports directly to an assigned Team Leader, and is responsible for responding to customer service activities and enquiries from all 3 types of stakeholders. Parents, care providers and employers.

Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies:
- A desire to provide a top notch customer experience
- Strong communication and grammatical skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ability to listen/read with care, identifying complete customer requirement
- Good problem solving skills
- Competent keyboard skills and familiarity with modern office software
- Good time-keeping
- Flexibility to work a reasonable number of extra hours during peak demand (shifts ranging between 8am and 8pm)

Must be available to start employment: Monday 5th June 2017
