Due to growth they are now recruiting for a sales consultant to join their lovely team. The head office is based in North Bristol and they have sites in Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Bristol.
Role and Requirements
You will be responsible for the site sales office and sales suites and will provide support to the sales team. Providing a high level of customer service will be at the forefront of your position to ensure that purchases are 100% satisfied to the NHBC standard. You will have the ability to communicate with financial and legal firms in order to reach exchange of contracts through to legal completion. You will be involved in arranging appointments for potential purchasers and carrying out market research, visiting and collating information from local competitors. You will need to have excellent communication skills with site managers ensuring site delivers properties in accordance with the build schedule. You will need a high level of sales ability in order to meet quarterly targets.
This is a small company and are therefore very open to new ideas and strategies. You should be imaginative and be able to provide marketing ideas/ PR events and launches to increase the revenue for the site and ensure optimum sales. You should have extensive knowledge of working in a high quality property market and an in depth understanding of working in a commercial sales environment.
