Salary £18,522 start at the beginning of January 2019

Salary £18,522 hours of work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, lots of places to grab a sandwich in your break !
You will work with a fantastic team - Katie loves anything theatrical and then you have Gillian who loves a chat you will join such a fab team who will make you feel at ease and you will get plenty cups of teas and coffees !
You will work for a family owned company with over 30 years' experience in customer service

You must be confident and have excellent communication skills, as well as being well organised.
You should also enjoy problem solving, and have a good eye for detail and be self-motivated.
Experience is not essential and training in company products, procedures and systems will be provided.
The role involves
" Taking and managing incoming customer enquiries & problems
" Customer communication via phone and e-mail.
" Liaising with our Service Providers to give quick and efficient response to customers
" Arranging exchange & installation of faulty appliances.
" Problem solving
