Working hours are full time Monday - Friday.
The salary on offer is £18,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus an additional, achievable bonus which is paid annually.
Working as part of a busy team, you will manage all aspects of the process ensuring all relevant contract documentation are created with the correct information, checked and sent out to the relevant parties.
This role will also involve managing your own work stream and dealing with contractual queries with the support of the team manager and the Legal Team, There is a high volume of work involving strong organisation and administration skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
You will also need to be able to constantly assess and progress the status of your workload to ensure contracts are issued within the correct timeframes; ensuring all placement information is accurate and filing all paperwork on the database system.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a professional corporation, have strong time management & organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of administrative activity, excellent and accurate IT skills and a high standard of written and spoken communication, with a good telephone manner.
