Are you chatty and do you enjoy helping customers over the phone and feeling like you have done a great job !
I am currently looking for several Inbound contact agents no selling at all ! all we want are people that want to help customers with their queries.

We will be holding an assessment day w/c 25th February - this will just be for a couple of hours and it will be FUN nothing to worry about at all ……
You must be able to start on 19th March and have no time off within the first 4 weeks due to training
You will be joining a growing, fast paced organisation, working Monday to Friday, generally working within our standard business hours of 08.00 - 18.00, in a modern newly refurbished spacious working environment with great opportunities for career advancement and in-role development?

Previous experience in a customer facing role is not essential, but you will need a desire to provide consistently outstanding customer service to all of our clients.
As one of our Customer Service Representatives you will handle contact by telephone, email or written correspondence. You will be trained to ensure each interaction is handled professionally and ensure that each customer has their enquiry fully resolved to their satisfaction.

In this varied and fast-paced role you will work as part of a team who work together to meet service and quality standards. As well as interaction with external clients, you will have interaction with many of the several internal departments and systems to help you provide the best service. You will work with experienced Team Leaders who will provide ongoing training and support.
