Role Overview: We're seeking an Audit Senior for a permanent, full-time position in the Weston office. This role is ideal for a motivated audit professional, whether part qualified or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA), ready to take on a challenging portfolio of clients, ensuring excellence in audit fieldwork, and contributing to the firm's growth by developing client relationships and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage audit fieldwork, adhering to internal guidelines and external standards.
- Prepare financial statements for a diverse clientele.
- Enhance client relationships through effective communication and service.
- Guide junior team members, fostering a learning environment.
- Participate in technical research and provide advisory services.
- Support Audit Partners in departmental development and securing new business.

Candidate Profile:
- ACA or ACCA part qualified/qualified.
- Strong understanding of UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; Caseware and Sage knowledge advantageous.
- Excellent multitasking, resilience, and independent working skills.
- Effective communicator, professional, and team-oriented.
