Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Property Secretarial Support position within a leading property company based in Kingswinford. The role is to provide support to the retail asset managers and the office manager / PA.

The main duties will be:

- Opening and distributing post in a timely manner
- Audio and Copy typing
- Producing Mail Merge documents
- Taking messages and progressing as and when required for retail team
- Filing
- Preparing tea/coffee for meetings and organising catering when required
- Any other reasonable duties such as replenishing paper in photocopiers, junior ad hoc tasks that may arise etc

The ideal candidate will ideally possess the following skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages - predominantly Outlook, Excel and Word - Basic/Intermediate
- Willing to be proactive in taking on work
- Team player with "hands-on" and "can-do" approach to work
- Ability to prioritise the variety of workloads on a time critical basis
- Flexibility and willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as the need arises

Successful applicants will have at least 12 months experience within an office

You will have ideally worked within one of the following roles: Administrator, Admin Assistant, Secretary Assistant, Administrative Support, Secretarial Support
