We are recruiting for a successful Insurance Broker who is now looking for an Administrator to join their team in Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their career within the Insurance Industry.
" New business quotations for specialist and private vehicles.
" Handle incoming calls relating to existing clients - this may consist of midterm adjustments, renewal queries, cancellations, and any other enquiries.
" Handle incoming post, web enquiries, etc as distributed by your line manager
" Process new business, renewal and midterm documentation
" Any other duties as required by your manager in accordance with the nature of the position

" Sales experience required
" Attention and accuracy of work detail
" Rapport building and sales closing
" Maintaining a customer focused attitude
" Administration and time management
" Computer literate
" Good standard of interpersonal skills
" Flexibility and Adaptability.
" Open GI experience would be beneficial
The role is to assist and carry out insurance administration including claims as required. To provide day-to-day servicing and administration of Clients insurance programmes, in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective manner, in accordance with the principles of treating customers fairly, procedure and performance standards and providing great customer service
Working hours; - Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
