We have an exciting position for a person who is keen to take a new step into a Sales Administration role or someone who wants to be part of an exciting team and be in a fast paced environment.
The role will be supporting the Sales team, providing administrative support to ensure they have the tools they need to do their own role. This position is an integral part of the team.
The main duties will be:
" Providing administrative support to the Sales team to ensure that the contract deliverables can be achieved.
" Duties will also include raising SAP orders
" Dealing with customer queries
" Be able to communicate effectively with other members of staff and customers
" Liaising with various internal departments and monitoring all outstanding sales orders.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
" Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy.
" The ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
" Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Training will be provided for the right person.
